Quality & Warranty

We do not ask for any advance payment on any work that we win, in fact, we only ask for payment once you the customer are 100% satisfied with our quality of work, that’s how confident we are .

No job is complete until the paperwork is done, this includes completing Benchmark Documentation for Manufactures Equipment etc. We complete all the required documentation prior to handing over any installation to the customer.

We notify CORGI for Plumbing and Ventilation works and GAS SAFE for Gas works

We provide CORGI Workmanship Warranty on all notifiable work that we have undertaken, this provides you the Customer with the added comfort that any workmanship defects found within 6 years after the original work has been completed will be fixed. Please note that this does NOT include normal wear and tear of the system, nor does it include replacement/repair to any component of the system after the initial manufacturers warranty/guarantee has expired, it covers WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS ONLY.

Once we notify CORGI and GAS Safe that we have completed the works, CORGI/Gas Safe on receipt of this notification, a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate will be sent to you direct this will also identify that you are covered under the warranty. Contained within the Certificate is the required information on how to claim under the warranty scheme.

Manufacturers Warranties are separate to the above and are stated on the manufacturers documentation and are subject to conditions as stated.such as annual boiler servicing.
