•It includes condensate drain piping installation, all flushing and pacification, inhibitor chemicals and pipe work alterations at the boiler only.

•Prices are subject to Survey

•This offer is for a like location for location combination boiler swap only.

•For removal of gravity fed or back boiler system boilers, hot water cylinder, header tanks and piping modifications add an additional £275 + vat to the above prices.

•Any additional work required will be charged as such, prior to carrying out the work we will seek your approval to do so..

•Please also note that should the gas feed to your existing boiler be piped in 15 mm, to ensure correct operation of the boiler this will be required to be re-piped to 22 mm.  

•Our offer includes 2 metres of 22 mm pipe should additional be required it will be charge as extra work, we will notify you of this during the survey, we will NOT hide any additional costs prior to starting the work..
